Birthday Parties! | Gym Bubbas

Gym Bubbas offers unique birthday parties for children aged 1 to 12 years. Your private party will take place in the gym and will be led by highly trained instructors. Everything will be taken care of for you, so all you need to do is relax and join in with the fun.

Our birthday parties are unique so if there are any activities your child loves to do in the gym just let us know so we can incorporate as many as possible into the party!

Party Packages

Package 1 – £275 for members £295 for non-members

Included:

1.5 hours exclusive use of the building allowing you to celebrate with just the people you know.
Up to 15 party guests plus the birthday child.
Party invitations for you to give out to your guests.
Two instructors to take care of the running of your private party and lead all of the gymnastics activities and party games.
All setting up and cleaning up.
A Balloon for each child to take home.
Cake bags for the children to take home the birthday cake.
A special gymnastics medal for the birthday child.
Free tea and coffee for parents/carers.

Provided by You:

Party food. We find that individual party boxes work well with a sandwich, packet of crisps, pieces of fruit, drinks, etc.
Birthday cake (We have candles, matches and a knife all on-site).

Package 2 – £185 for members £205 for non-members

Included:

1-hour exclusive use of the building allowing you to celebrate with just the people you know.
Up to 15 party guests plus the birthday child.
Party invitations for you to give out to your guests.
Two instructors to take care of the running of your private party and lead all of the gymnastics activities and party games.
All setting up and cleaning up.
A Balloon for each child to take home.
Cake bags for the children to take home the birthday cake.
A special gymnastics medal for the birthday child.
Free tea and coffee for parents/carers.

Provided by You:

Birthday cake (We have candles, matches and a knife all on-site).
Please note there will be no time allocated for food with this package.

Optional Extras

If you would like extra children to attend the party this can be arranged (up to a maximum of 24). 17 – 24 children to attend the party will cost an additional £60.00 (any number over 16 will require another
instructor).

How to Book

Parties are available on Sundays at a time to suit you.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party booking. The remainder of the balance is to be paid on the day of the party after all of your guests have left.
